Payment Options- We accept Paypal, credit card or bank deposit from Australian Customers and Paypal only for international orders .
Packaging- Your parcel will be wrapped in bubble wrap or tissue paper and may be packaged in a cardboard box a postal satchel. we try to always include a little thank you gift with your order.
Postage- We attempt to get all orders out as soon as possible, please allow up to 5 days for orders to process. we post to anywhere in Australia using Australian Regular post and also post my products outside Australia via regular/ standard international post. This means you will not have a tracking number for overseas orders and they can take anywhere from 10 days up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on where you are in the world.
Return policy- we take no responsibility for orders which are lost or damaged during transit. we do not accept returns on products which do not live up to your expectations. Please read the descriptions of each products to make sure you know what you are purchasing.
